Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms
We don’t require deposits. Instead, your first payment is due upon signing your contract. Remaining payments follow the schedule outlined in your agreement.
Cancellation Policy
Because our services and support plans vary, cancellation policies are tailored per client. In most cases, we require 60 days’ written notice to cancel ongoing work. All terms are specified in your service agreement.
Pricing & Discounts
We don’t run public promotions. Instead, we work with you to bundle services into custom packages that meet your goals and budget. Our aim is always to provide fair, strategic pricing based on real business needs.
Privacy Policy
We collect minimal personal information—typically your name, email, and business details—only when you submit a form or schedule a call. We use this information to communicate with you and deliver our services.
We do not sell or share your data. Your information may be processed by trusted third parties like:
- Stripe (for secure payments)
- Calendly (for appointment scheduling)
- Google Workspace (for email and document collaboration)

We don’t work with businesses or industries that violate U.S. laws or financial regulations. If you’re unsure whether we can serve your region or industry, contact us directly.
Payment Security
Calla Creative uses Stripe for secure online payments. Stripe is PCI-compliant and encrypted to ensure that your payment information is handled safely. Our website is secured by HTTPS and follows best practices for protecting your data.
We never store or access your full credit card information directly.
