Project Overview

Incode needed a focused SEO strategy to match their enterprise growth. Despite having a respected product and a growing brand, their organic visibility wasn't keeping pace. Technical issues, limited keyword coverage, and a lack of scalable content were holding them back, especially in a competitive, search driven industry where visibility directly impacts credibility and lead generation.
We partnered with their team to launch a comprehensive SEO program that included technical improvements, landing pages, and blog content aligned with search intent. We also launched a Spanish language campaign and built reports to monitor global performance. Over 11 months, Incode went from zero visibility to 106 page 1 keyword rankings, with 28 reaching the number one spot.

We turned research insights into a focused SEO roadmap built around high impact opportunities.
